NOT JUST SERVICES...AN OBSESSION!

YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING DEDICATION THAT IS SORELY MISSING WITH MANY TRADESMEN AND CONTRACTORS:

1.  My Obsession:

I don't just want to spout out features and services that I provide.  I WANT YOU TO REALIZE THE PASSION THAT DROVE ME TO FOUND THIS COMPANY.  

Any tradesman can list their services, but most don't share the same reason as me that drives them.  I have  a specific cause and crusade.


With me, you're getting superior customer service, someone who is accountable, who communicates well with you and someone who "owns" his mistakes and makes it better.  Buy why????

HERE IS ONE QUICK RECENT EXAMPLE:

Sound Familiar?

A potential client called me and asked if I could do a job.  I informed him that it wasn't my specialty and I'd have to decline.  BUT....I offered to help him find someone else.  I did a bunch of research.  I narrowed down three very skilled choices for this potential client.


But guess what happened next.  Yup, you guessed it.  NOT ONE OF THEM CALLED HIM BACK.  Unfortunately, this is all too common in the trades.  


So I ended up finding a fourth person and made sure this contractor would call him.  He did and the rest is history.  This contractor is so refreshing to deal with and and we now work together on projects.


Why?  Because I only work with contractors who share the values I do regarding communication, accountability, etc.


I JUST GOT FED UP, AS A CONSUMER MYSELF AND AS A PROFESSIONAL IN THE TRADES, WITH BEING BLOWN OFF, NOT HAVING CALLS RETURNED, HAVING JOBS ABANDONED OR NOT DONE PROPERLY, AND MORE.

Many tradesman are super-skilled at their trade, but they may not be the best at running a business that deals with customers and requires customer service and accountability from a business standpoint.

So I started this company to make a difference.  This is not a "cheesey" and fuzzy statement.  I truly want to change how service is provided in the trades.  


2.  MY PLEDGE:

  • I return calls--ALWAYS!
  • I NEVER say "I'm too busy" -- You control your own booking and cancelling!!!
  • I am your single point of contact for issues, concerns and communication overall.   I will ensure quality because...It's just me that you deal with!
  • I show up on time or let you know why I can't (ahead of time)
  • I am accountable and own up to any mistakes
  • I provide a money-back guarantee on labor
  •  I will always let you know if I'm qualified for your particular job.  If I'm not, I will help you find someone else who is more qualified.  And, I will even help you ask that other contractor questions and stand with you if you need assistance with them in the future.

I'd rather "lose out" on your project to someone who is better suited to provide the work, than for you to wait until it's too late and miss the chance to interview others.

As to references to my Perfect 5-Star Rating...I founded a different service company several years ago--full service dog care with hundreds of clients and several employees.  We, to this day, maintain a PERFECT 5-STAR RATING on all the review sites.  

And...I worked in corporate America where I received formal customer service training and won national awards for service.  And yes, I have plenty of landscaping, painting and handy-type experience also!!!

Because of this experience, I realize the importance of top-notch customer care, communication, accountability, etc.
